With most of the mechanical and electrical finished, the next step is to build the internal walls partitioning off the remain cooler space for use with ice and beverages. This will be done with 1″ industrial plastic coated foam core. The remaining functional cooler compartment will be 2/3 of the original capacity. Final Step will be to add front disk breaks, disk mount hug have already been installed.
New Battery Tray Brackets to be installed soon.
New gearing. The motor temperatures were getting too hot while having a passenger… also I didn’t really need to go 38mph.
